The New RAM 1500 Full-Size Pickup Truck is Now Available

Looking for a pickup truck that will deliver top performance when driving around Wauchula? The all-American Ram 1500 Classic, a full-size truck currently in its fifth generation, has consistently appeared on the lists of best trucks and SUVs for the North American automotive market since the brand separated from Dodge in 2010.

In terms of powertrain and drivetrain performance, the Ram 1500 Classic has not disappointed since it made its debut in 2019. The standard 3.6-liter V6 engine delivers 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque for hauling cargo and towing other vehicles. The standard eight-speed automatic transmission provides smooth and responsive shifting through a rear-wheel drive system. The Express and Warlock trim levels are equipped with a more powerful 5.7-liter V8 engine that increases performance to 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque.

Design

The Ram 1500 Classic presents a rugged appearance that is all business with a touch of elegance. The dark front grille with black accents and the Ram badge is prominently displayed in all trim packages. The Tradesman also features automatic halogen quad headlamps and durable black bumpers. All Ram 1500 Classic trucks ride on 17-inch steel wheels and include optional tow hooks. If you are looking for a sportier version, the Express offers colorful bumpers, 20-inch aluminum wheels, fog lamps, and dual exhaust with black tips. The Warlock is larger and features a more daring look thanks to its specialty decal, fender flares, and other stylish details.

Technology

As can be expected from a modern full-size pickup truck, the Ram 1500 Classic is loaded with advanced technology features that provide convenience, connectivity, and entertainment. The standard 5.0-inch touchscreen includes Bluetooth connectivity and a six-speaker audio system. Other standard tech features include a rear-view camera, remote keyless entry, and power windows. With the Express trim package, the larger 7.0-inch touchscreen also comes with a satellite radio receiver and an electric outlet for easy charging of mobile devices. The Warlock comes with a nine-speaker Alpine system. It is also available with Drive-Assist Technology with Electronic Stability Control, ParkView backup and parking cameras, & 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot for Android Auto™.

Trim Levels

The Ram 1500 and the Ram 1500 Classic share the Tradesman as the base trim level, and the Express and Warlock packages are also available to consider. In essence, the Tradesman and Express are your traditional two-door cabin trucks with long beds and the option of sitting three passengers in the front row. The Warlock trim expands the interior with a four-door quad cab and other interesting features.
