As of this writing, the 2025 Jeep Wrangler is not out just yet, but the buzz is real! This popular SUV has been well-loved for decades! And no wonder, it’s been as welcome a trail companion as it is an everyday driver. While its features will probably remain mostly unchanged, here’s what we know so far.
KEY TAKEAWAYS

- The 2025 Jeep Wrangler’s base model starts at a very affordable $33,890.
- Its features will likely remain unchanged from 2024.
- While Jeep has hinted at a fully EV Wrangler, it’s not a possibility for this model year. If sustainability is one of your priorities, consider the 4xe, the Wrangler’s plug-in hybrid trim.
What are the Changes for 2025 Wrangler Models?

Most everything from the 2024 model year remains the same for 2025. The V-8 Wrangler 392 engine returns, but the Mopar triple loop grille guard and 83-piece toolkit are no longer part of its package.
The Wrangler’s current trims will carry over to 2025—prices are expected to start at about $33,890.
In 2024, the automaker expanded the 4xe's hybrid powertrain to new trims—the Sport S, Willys, Sahara, High Altitude, and Rubicon. We expect this to remain the same in the coming year.
What’s the Engine Performance and Fuel Economy on the 2025 Jeep Wrangler?

You have plenty of choice when it comes to Wrangler powertrains. All trims come standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission, unless you choose the 3.6-liter V-6—with it, you have the option of a manual transmission. Four-wheel drive is standard across the board. Choices are as follows

What Entertainment and Communication Features are available on the 2025 Jeep Wrangler?
All Wrangler SUVs come standard with the following features:
- A 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen system
- Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Built-in navigation with Trails Offroad integrated trail maps.
- seven USB ports
- An integrated windshield radio antenna
- 115-volt outlet
So far there isn’t a wireless charging pad that we know of, but that may change. A front-facing camera and an Alpine nine-speaker stereo system are also available.
How safe is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler?
Jeep is militant about safety and the new Wrangler will be no exception to this rule—first- and second-row side curtain airbags were placed on all trims in 2024 and is still very much the case for 2025. Every trim (minus the Base model) features standard front automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control systems. A blind-spot monitoring system, rear cross-traffic alert system and automatic high-beams are also available, depending on your choice of trim.)
